All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Estimated delivery time depends on the customer’s location.

• Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Sometimes we may offer:

• Free Shipping on selected products

• Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your shipment.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before placing the order. HardModeQ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
